As is normal, experiences are always subjective but, after commenting on our anecdotes with family, friends and other colleagues in the sector, we will do our best to transmit the information as clearly and simply as possible.  What do we mean when we say "double sided"?  It is clear that the versions of the seller and the buyer in a sale are always different. On the one hand, the seller always sells cheap, and on the other, the buyer always buys high. These are the two versions of the same reality.  Sellers always try to get as much as possible for their home, they always put the prices above to see if they can get something else and "try to see". In our opinion, this is a huge mistake. Buyers have a ton of information, and they won't even bother to contact you if they don't see an interesting price up front. The owner, on his part, watches the time go by, weeks, months, and sees that there is no interest whatsoever in his property, without knowing what the motive is. After a while he decides to lower the price a bit. Several months have passed and things are still the same, so he decides to lower the price a little more, and so on. These homeowners will (hopefully) end up selling their home for a price well below the minimum price they originally had in mind. On the other hand, the buyer has seen the property numerous times at a price that has not been attractive to him, and has also seen that the price has dropped repeatedly and that the house remains unsold, so he asks himself: "why What does not stop lowering the price and it does not sell?
